Pathophysiology of Diabetes Mellitus

Pathophysiology of Diabetes Mellitus Photo
Pathophysiological modification is a change notable from a structural defect. Diabetes mellitus mainly occurs when there is a imbalance between the demand and production of insulin hormone. In all types of diabetes, insulin and improper insulin receptors play a major role. If the glucose remains in blood for a long time then the kidneys reaches to threshold stage and the glucose is excreted through urine. Then there is a need for re-absorption of water by the kidneys which leads to frequent urination. By this kidney failure occurs.
