Session on: Diabetes â?? Nutritional Diet,Exercise and Metabolism

The nutrition and blood glucoseregulation in our body are strongly linked and the role of vitamins andother nutrition to regulate Diabetes isunavoidable. Malnutritionworsens the case of Diabetes. Thestudies show only 15-38% of people do not suffer a lack of nutrition. To manageand prevent Diabetes the dietary factors and proper exercise are veryimportant. Diabetesalso affects the metabolism ofthe human body which should normally be carried out in a proper way. Irregularmetabolism effects the whole body of the patient. The problems with insulinproduction and the receptors are partially due to the improper metabolism, which will lead Diabetes into a more chronic issue.  This session will cover all about thenutritional and metabolic relation with Diabetes.
